3. Medical & Dental Services

All dental treatments are performed by qualified, registered dental professionals. Treatment plans are developed on an individual patient basis following a thorough clinical assessment.

Results vary by patient. Outcomes shown on our website — including before-and-after photographs and patient testimonials — are genuine but are not a guarantee of results for any individual patient.

Quoted timelines (e.g. same-day teeth, 48-hour turnaround) are estimates based on typical cases. Complex cases may require additional appointments or time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are indicative estimates in the specified currency. Final pricing is confirmed only after a clinical consultation and formal treatment plan is provided.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional or seasonal pricing is valid only for the stated period.

Payment terms, accepted methods, and deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

Appointment bookings are subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to honour confirmed appointments.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice via email or WhatsApp. Late cancellations may incur a fee as communicated at the time of booking.

For international patients, we strongly recommend confirming your treatment plan and travel arrangements only after receiving a written treatment proposal from our clinical team.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Stunning Dentistry provides a Lifetime Warranty on qualifying implant and prosthetic work, subject to the terms of our warranty documentation provided at the time of treatment.

Warranties are valid only where the patient adheres to post-treatment care instructions, attends recommended follow-up appointments, and maintains adequate oral hygiene. Misuse, neglect, trauma, or failure to attend follow-ups may void the warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to care@stunningdentistry.com within the specified warranty period.

7. International Patients & Travel

Stunning Dentistry does not organise, arrange, or take responsibility for travel, accommodation, visa applications, or related logistics for international patients. Any information provided about travel or accommodation is for guidance only.

Patients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel before and after dental procedures. Patients should consult their general practitioner regarding fitness to fly, especially following surgical procedures.

Flight and accommodation costs are not included in treatment fees unless explicitly stated in a written proposal.
